[It's a small, square room like the last. This time there are three doors: one marked "Forge", another "Game Tower", and the last "To the Barracks and Prison". If you turn around, the elevator is there, a keypad is set in the wall to the left of it.]

Er...

None of these places look inviting. But they're also likely good places to visit when we're trying to...do undercover things. What do you recommend?

Game Tower is likely going to have a lot of the terrible things... "Barracks and Prison" is probably Baritones and... home?

Let's head to the Barracks then. I'm good with that. We'll want to be careful though... who knows how many soldiers might be crawling around a place like that.

anyway, onwards to the Barracks]

[You head down the hall.

It's dark. Most of the lights are shattered, and what remain are flickering. Unlike the smooth panelling of the walls and floor on Level 1, these metal panels are dented, twisted. They hang off the walls where they're not bolted properly, and the shadows cling like cobwebs to every corner. Out of the corner of your eye, you feel as though you catch movement, but if you look, there's nothing there.

A sense of dread mounts the longer you stay here, you're on edge, you're afraid, there's a prickling feeling down your spine as you tense for an attack from the back, the side, nothing direct. The worst are the whispers -- a sharp hiss, disapproving, cutting. A wordless pleading that goes unanswered.

By the time you reach the end it might be a relief to get to the Barracks.]

It's fine. I get the feeling that she has various reasons for feeling on guard.

[ Even just from the little she's seen here so far. But yes. To the Barracks.]

[Heading toward the Forge]

[He forges ahead! Get it? Do you get it?]

[ to the forge, duh, she'd like more weapons, plz! ]

[You can go join Intensity at the Forge.]

[ she decides to head to the barracks and prison, since she can see the game tower when she's not in the fright zone. ]

...oh, ah, hey. [ she produces the snake&locket to catra. ] Do you know where I might be able to find a key for this?

[She looks a little puzzled at the question.]

"Why?"

[You head down the hall.

...because I get the feeling there's something special inside of it. But maybe I need to find Kohime to get to the bottom of it. I... I don't know. [ she's going to stop right before all of the awful shit starts to happen and climb up onto the bot and circle an arm around catra, bristling. she uses her other hand to grab a hold of the gatling gun. ]

... [ she's on edge, her eyes narrow as she gazes into the shadows, but orders the bot to keep going. ]

"I don't know. Maybe the Core does?"

[She offers. You press on for the Barracks.]
